Beyond photography for marketing, we also provide solutions for clients in the architecture, construction, and engineering world that result in efficiencies, especially when working remotely. Using 360 virtual tour technology and drones, we can capture a project at various stages of construction and create 3D models that can be imported in Revit and marked-up by users. The result - savings on travel, improved documentation, and better communication between office and field staff for your projects.

IntEx Imaging was founded by Cole Niawchuk. A chemical engineer by education, Cole has always been highly interested in architecture and design. With the development of the ice district and all of the change to throughout the city that’s coming with it, Cole saw an opportunity to offer architects, designers, and other commercial clients a specialized photography service.
IntEx Imaging uses some of the finest equipment and takes no shortcuts, from initial site scouting and photography through to editing and file delivery. This results in straight lines, accurate white balance, reduced glare, improved perspectives, and a very clean overall result. We also offer our clients the option to work through a shoot right by our side (literally standing beside our top-of-the-line tripod while watching what the camera sees in live view on a 15” MacBook Pro).
IntEx Imaging also provides aerial photography and videography using three DJI drones, each with their own advantages - (Mavic 3, Mavic 2 Zoom, Mavic Mini 2). These small but mighty Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) have the ability to capture amazing footage (up to 4K 120 FPS) not possible before drones existed. IntEx Imaging holds $2M in liability insurance and an Advanced Operations sRPAS Pilot Certificate, which means there are few restrictions as to where we can fly.
IntEx Imaging has expanded our offerings to include 360 virtual tours. These virtual tours can be used for marketing (IntEx Imaging is a Google Trusted Streetview Photographer) or for virtual construction tracking or as-builting purposes.
